Reno-based Teamsters threaten new strike against Keolis North America

Teamsters Union Local 533 transit workers are threatening a fourth strike against Keolis North American, the multinational transportation company. Union members accused the company of unfair labor practices and negotiating in bad faith. If a strike is approved, it will be the fourth after three strikes were held against the company in 2021.

Don't get a heat stroke (water isn't enough). I'm ultra screwed cause I have asthma. 😑

This means I would have to wake up at 2am to walk to my appointments which are at around noon. It starts getting hot out at 7am. I have asthma. 😓

I can't afford to pay my friends to drive me, plus we have opposite schedules. Uber\lyft are very unreliable, expensive & non refundable when they mess up (which is 80% of the time).

I'm ultra screwed, I don't have a car or an electric vehicle (ebike\escooter) & my house is way too far away. Plus it's too hot to walk or bike\scooter & in the winter, it's too cold. AND I have asthma. 😑 My friends & family won't drive me either.
