This restroom now features:
•1 2019 American Standard Trimbrook
•And a newer 2019 American Standard Retrofit Afwall
Applebee's, are you shitting me right now?? There was perfectly great fixtures in here and you replace them with a urinal with no pressure and a floating dumpster fire?! Why not just save the old fixtures until the renovation is done?? I don't understand people sometimes.
I kinda like the Trimbrook, but it's ridiculously weak. This is also the first time I've seen a newer redesigned Retrofit Afwall, and it sucks. The Trash-Slapped-on-a-Wall needs a sledgehammer and nothing more than that.
This toilet sucks and the urinal is a mad disappointment at the time.

I wish the early 1990s Kohler stanwell and Kingston water guard was still here. It’s pretty rare seeing a brand new 2018-2019 redesigned afwall with a Bemis 1055 toilet seat. The toilet seat is nice but the toilet is crap.

It’s very rare to see a wall-hung toilet at Applebees; but that still doesn’t change the fact that it is still junk.

No, this simply isn’t right. That toilet needs a sledgehammer immediately. My Applebee’s vary fixture-wise.

I absolutely HATE the latest generation of the AS Washbrook. The bowl is too shallow and "pee" splashes out all over the floor. Before I retired, one of the men's rooms was "remodeled". The Eljer Correcto urinals ( they were not cleaned properly and they STUNK) were replaced with 4 present generation AS Washbrooks. No matter how careful you were using them, you always got urine on the floor. There were puddles under all 4 of them. One of the 4 Eljer Signature bowls (and they weren't so great either) was replaced with this latest generation of the AFWALL, as shown in your video. In all fairness to it, it's much better than the previous generation which was installed in the cafeteria building. One of them autoflushed, blew a giant bubble, and SPLASHED me! My favorite generation of the Afwall is the first!

@@stfplumbingelevatorsandmore You're lucky. This particular restroom at work had puddles under all 4 Washbrooks. You had to be careful to not step in them. But I've noticed this in other places as well.

I can’t believe the buggers would do something like this. I mean that Stanwell and Kingston looked pretty clean and in good shape. They should’ve kept the fixtures when they renovated. And I agree with your statement on this new Afwall; it needs nothing more than a sledgehammer. That urinal does as well.

Yeah, some people aren't that smart when it comes to restroom renovations. Personally I don't mind the Trimbrook urinal all that much, but it really doesn't belong there. I've went back recently and they boosted the flushometer up for that thing, but it's still kinda slow and boring.

Yeah people certainly can be dumb when it comes to restroom renos and it sucks that the trimbrook is still boring. I guess the thing can’t help it XD
