Although I didn’t see the road-facing side of the house in the video, I did see it, undoubtedly before the renovation, on Google Street View. It was ready for the renovation, for sure. And the owners obviously did a wonderful job renovating the house.
*United Country lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful home, nice chunk of land & low taxes. Thank-you for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
Pretty house w potential (& cute dress) ! ❤💛🩶🖤 What a creative idea with pictures of original owners & use of old singer sewing machine! Basement (probably needs an elevated walkway to avoid getting wet), but big garage is nice, bonus with furniture & lawnmower 💚 Hopefully it will be easy to strip/refinish those red painted floors and redo that purple bathroom & everything up to code 😬 🤪
What a truly lovely home. I could see myself living there quite happily. By the time I have the money to buy I'm sure it will be a home for another. Maybe not. Never can tell. :)
@@Lakota828 Yeah I think it was a flip that they ran out of money and realized it needs WAY too much work. "Basement" floods like crazy, and stayed flooded, hence all the sediment everywhere. Electrical needs updating. Second floor needs to be redone still. Probably has rot in all kinds of expensive and vital places. It would look great, but would need a solid $150-200k in work.
So what happens if a Witch is already in the house.. can she not get out in the Witch's Window LOL tehehe HAHAHAH love the Witch's / Coffin Windows! Well done renovating!
I just was walking by a home of the same era that has the witch window and thought it was odd- we have a lot of people who came from East Coast to Wisconsin.
Wow! Great price, beautiful house. Those lvp floors need to go but given the low price that’s doable. I wonder if the floor under them is good enough to put something on top without too much work?
