Yet another absolutely beautifully executed space by NS. One of the many things I admire most about your approach is that nothing is cookie cutter; everything is customized to meet the needs of your client and to work within the unique constraints of the specific site.

That is looking really good. I don't think i could ever live in a brownstone, but if that was a vacation rental i would definitely be happy staying there! How come less videos lately? I honestly had forgotten about this project.
That lower room millwork is fantastic. I love the detail of the different wood on the front and back side of the door. How are you going to stop the lower closet door hitting the stair? The handrail in the niche is genius! Can you comment on the brickwork and whether or not it could have been cleaned up to remove the old stair profiles?
Thanks for sharing, Nick! Do you all have one super intendant/project manager running this job and is this his only job going on at the moment? Lots of details to think about through here. Do your super-intendants/pm’s do fill-in work and pickup tools or do they delegate protection/fill in work to an assistant role? I’m a PM for a design-build company in Louisville and love to see how other companies are structured
