Remove all the walls inside a house and start from there.

Do some jobs sometimes so the series isnt as repetitive and maybe you could do a challenge where you have to buy everything you want in the house before you even clean it. You have to buy all the paint, tiles, beds, TVs, etc you want in the house and you have to use everything! Once you start cleaning you cant buy anything else! (Except things like toilets, radiators and all the assembling stuff) Like this if you like this idea!

Challenge ideas: - only use one of each furniture and colour max for each room - start fresh buy a house remove all the walls and create your own - plan and do - plan your ideas and buy it all before then use only what you brought and use it - theme challenges only use a certain colour in each room Just some ideas not sure if you’ll do them however I miss the long videos

Josh you should do a challenge against someone to see who can make the most profit in 30mins or something. Would be lit 💥💥💥

If you need to plaster walls, then do this job before you assemble anything as it’ll make it easier to see what needs plastering! When doing quicker tasks like this it’s better to not panic and take your time, at least at the start. That way you won’t struggle on things such as changing what piece of equipment you’re using! And do videos where you dedicate the house to a certain person, like you did for the tax guy! Apart from that, loving the videos :)

I dont mind these challenges but it means the videos are shorter ☹️☹️

I have a challenge idea! Renovate a house with exactly the same layout so furniture, colours, doors and the floor has to be like it was originally when you bought the house. (or at least as close as possible) That's the only one I can think of.. :D

So I just binged watched (and subskibed) all your videos today and noticed something cool regarding the wall colors. if you paint a layer of one color first then add on another color on top lightly you end up with a new color blend on the wall. why don't you try and see what new combos you can make for next time? after all, you did comment the grey was pretty dark. But if this works as I observed, you might be able to get lighter grey walls. 💚

You can negotiate more than just £1000 go up to £5000-£8000 they should still agree to it🙌🏻

JOSH I GOT A CHALLENGE FOR YOU, each room must contain a different type of hobby for example: a room could a decked out with hunting essentials like guns, ammo etc; you could also do a fishing room with equipment like fishing poles, fish bait etc.

*Suggestion*: Try to implement your 1 mil. subs play buttons for both of your channels and put them on the walls of your office next to your channel logos.

To save time, I would've kept a few pieces of furniture and just cleaned them up, saw some decent chairs and a table which would save time and can decorate around it, but still fun to watch :)

missed these episodes!! for challenges, other than selling to each different buyer, you could maybe set a theme before you start each house of how to decorate it and challenge yourself from your typical monochrome modern style. You could do like a country/rustic house with lost of different woods and warm colors or like a vintage style home with lots of light colors and detailed furniture, etc.

try and renovate one as simple as possible. Clean up and get rid of everything, plaster and paint all walls white, assemble the basics (ie radiators, plugs and bathroom appliances), because what I can see profit is so little for the extras you spend your time on. Keep up the videos!!

a few challenge ideas that ive thought of randomly, havent read any comments so if there are any similars then soz 1) get vikk or simon or someone else to come in and they decide the decorations from painting to floor to furniture and everything (after you do the cleaning and assembly's) 2) do the 'blind' or random challenge where you randomly select the decorations and the colours to paint the house and the furniture etc 3) try and do like a massive solely open plan house, if thats even possible in this game 4) idk livestream an episode and hold polls on each room where the chat and viewers decide what happens to the room 5) do a house with rainbow colour paint lines throughout - im talking red, yellow, pink and green etc but alternating each time idk just some ideas that i thought were pretty cool so

Hiya, love watching the series btw, so keep it up! :) Anyway, you said you were looking for some potential ideas/challenges to keep the series fresh, which I totally understand. Here are some potential ideas you could work with: 1) You can try and make an 'Opposite House'. In principle, the challenge itself revolves around deliberately making a house that you would hate to live in. You would put in objects and features into rooms that you would never ever want to use intentionally. For example, you could do it so that every single panel inside the house is a different colour, instead of having a room fit a certain colour palette (i.e. one panel blue, one panel green, one panel grey, one panel purple etc). 2) You could have the house serve as one room, by knocking down all internal walls, with the challenge being trying to make the house look as decent as possible. 3) The 'First Choice' challenge - You get to have 5 minutes to decide a general decoration plan for a house and who you want to sell it to beforehand, and then you just make the house to that person's specifications. However, whatever first choices you make are finalised (even if they are mistakes). For example, if you decide to paint a pink room, but make one or two of the panels a different colour by accident, then it has to remain, or you could try a certain design and you may not like it, then it has to stay, and it's a just a case of making it as functional as possible. I mean, they're just three suggestions that might or might not work, but it's something to consider later on if you feel that have some merit. In any case, keep up the good work with the series :)

I have a challenge for you, how about using a couple of dices , and the random number you get , is what you choose for furniture and paints and decorations and stuff .

Also adding decks/ porches and stairs/ multiple floors!!
