Josh, you gotta use accent walls instead of 2 walls one color and 2 walls another color. Paint 3 walls one subdued color, then hit the 4th wall with a bolder color. For example in the Sky Blue/Indigo room at 23:00, the room would've looked dramatically better if 3 walls were Sky Blue and the 4th wall was Indigo, then you put the focus of the room around the indigo wall.

Hi josh great vid. Did you know that you can put curtains into your house which increases the privacy rating of the house, meaning different people will like the privacy and buy the house. Keep up this series I love it :)

Little tip: don't use your "seling pad" to clear garbage,use hand! With "hand" you can pick up more stuff's at once while with pad you need to click on everything individualy.

During my sophomore year of high school I took a class called "Housing and Interior" where we learned about different types of houses and how to decorate and such. My teacher took us on a field trip to a house that was supposed to be a posh and prestigious house in our area. The guy was so rich that he was away at the time and his assistant showed us around and told us about the history of the house and the history of his life. The house looked exactly like this house (but even worse) and when we all left, even my teacher couldn't believe how someone so rich could have such poor taste in interior decorating.

Notice how the rooms are named after the stuff you put in them, the “kitchen” is called dinner room ( thats also why they said they couldn’t cook in there ). The “livingroom” was called room. On of the bedrooms was called Childrensroom just because it had those little blocks in it. Idk what products make a certain room but to have somebody 100% happy you would need to look at that :)

Are you able to knock down the exterior walls with the demolition tool? If so, you could make the house bigger therefore it would be worth more? It could also come in handy for the family since you'll need multiple bedrooms. Absolutely love the series though! Keep up the great work :)
