Thanks for stopping by, I have endless videos here to help Like last weeks, its stuffed full on advice ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cpt3qHe2HKU.htmlsi=5I8-3ReKyALbDuf_
I measure a lot of stuff on google, but new builds and big mature gardens you can't see under trees. Then this device comes into its own, or for turfing jobs too
@@Premier_lawns_official Thanks. Sounds a lot. Is that including the dips and hollows? I was thinking just for top dressing as I have a 100m2 area of lawn to resend soon.
@@Premier_lawns_official Cheers. Thats what i meant by my original question. Just the seed covering. I dunno what your m2 was but it looks not far off what I'm doing.
This video is precisely what i'm about to attempt on my 30m² lawn, have my lawn lute and aerator spike shoes ready to go 😂 good tip re eglantine (im very local) and idea where i can get the dwarf rye grass seed in NI? Cheers
I thought you were not supposed to use iron on the lawn after overseeding it? I read somewhere it's best to do beforehand or wait 2 - 3 weeks after overseeding. What's your opinion on this?
@@Premier_lawns_official I just watched the video and you said in the video the iron didn't really do anything after seeding, only after the grass started growing and you put iron on it afterwards it had a deeper green colour. What are your thoughts on that? I'm just thinking, wouldn't it be better to scarify, overseed, use granular fertiliser and granular calcified seaweed and then topdress?
@@FoShoasdf That all sounds good, your question was should you wait to put the iron on. In my test we used a lot of iron both at the time of seeding and then afterwards. Its hard to know if the iron on the seedlings did anything or not But what we did find was the bit that had the iron was much darker green and stronger for a lot longer Doing the test, i expect it to kill it... I'm about to start another test patch video, so might do more testing
Me: that moasure looks cool, I'd consider that, can't be that expensive... Right? Moasure: that'll be £699 excl VAT pls Hahahaha, you're alright, I'll just eyeball it 😂 Good vid though guys, just not getting that tool for a home garden, crazy price unless you're a lawn care professional. Even then...
