I usually score the wallpaper first...put tiny holes in the paper and then spray your solution..more coverage behind the wallpaper and easier removal. Wallpaper removal is no joke if it has been in place for many years.
Well-done Liz and Atti at least you got what you want.glad the painting came out good 👍 too.Liz Atti did most of the job so he needs double portion of dinner 😂😂.am watching you from Nigeria 🇳🇬
Nice to see you both l used warm water and let it soak it really well with sponge put plastic bag on the tray and then save from washing up and put your brush in the bag for the next day instead of keeping washing the brush nice job you done both of you
Good job guys! Here in the west it's DIY all the way. One learns how to fix things at home by yourself. In Germany it's the same. The outgoing tenant is not even obliged to clean the apartment when vacating; that's disgusting 😮
Wow, impressive DIY job you lot. I agree walls should be plain in rentals. 😊 Ps..maybe your other side hustle could be renovating spaces😂😂 for a fee. You saved yourselves paying somebody.
Atti & Liz, having to remove wallpaper is a nightmare. I bought a house in the eighties and the wallpaper was everywhere including the kitchen. The crazy thing was the wallpaper was so ugly. It was green and gold and the the worst green/gold I had ever seen. Yes, soapy hot water does the job very well. Mostly people use wallpaper to hide damages, but it also build mold which is not good for one's health. It takes a lot of patience because the paper has to be soaked well. I'm so happy both of you were able to remove the wallpaper and not find any surprises. Take care, as usual coming from Canada.
Greetings dearies.Your secret admirer again. To be honest you guys are loving and i enjoy watching your videos.Keep it up and praying for you guys too.Greetings from Ghana ❤❤❤
I agree Liz,Not for the "",life "of pi.What is the purpose of wall paper on walls. My home is all painted walls, different colors for each individual ,preferences.
Exactly, they should have removed the wallpaper. I agree rental properties should be painted in neutral colors so that the current tenants can decorate to suit themselves.
