Renovation Job: Adding a Bathroom 

Older couple has a house built in 1900, the only bathroom is on the second floor. They asked if one could be fit into the corner of the large first floor living room. I cut a doorway, framed walls, leveled the floor, ran plumbing and electrical, hung and mudded drywall, painted, added trim and the door, and installed the plumbing fixtures. It all came out nicely.
