hang on the water filter you moved the pipes won't it void the warranty for hdb water proofing ?

No water filter in my new house but yes, shifting of pipes and meddling the waterproofing require HDB approval and a string of documents. On top of that my contractor will be doing extra layers of water proofing and multiple tests to reduce the risk of water seepage… not for the faint hearted as more work and papers needed to go through this!

Nope. I still have my ID... but at time, the project manager of the contractor also directly work with me regarding actual reno work..

Toilet fittings and accessories can get from reputable vendors like Lucky Khoon, Hoe Kee, Water Studio etc
