Here is a quick update of the rental property as we are renovating it. It is about half done. It has been a lot of hard work and sweat equity!! But we have learned a lot are happy with results and how it is turning out. It is a lot of work along with having to make a lot of decisions. Hopefully right ones. We are still learning but have had a lot of fun too. We can't wait to get it finished and rented!
