This is the correct answer! Market housing will always have an incentive to undersupply for extra profit, unless it's got serious competition from the public sector like the 40s-80s.

@@guymontag2948 Canada???? Social housing housed I. A community does not work. Dispersed amount other communities does. Just ask about the Ontario social housing communities. They are a hub for crime and anyone living there with honourable morals want out.
@@user-lb4vf3qg7v I've never seen Ontario social housing. I've seen lots in BC but not any associated crime. In any case, I was talking about countries in Europe like Belgium or the Netherlands where it's implemented quite differently than it is here and on a much larger scale.
