I never realized The Beatles were Filipino...! Why hasn't the world heard of these brilliant self-taught musicians who can do absolutely anything?!

The REO brothers are great! They do every song well and even have the accent down .

I swear, the first thing Filipinos get as a toy is a Microphone. Those guys, and gals can sing anything. Very talented group of people.

I have played and sung this song probably a thousand times. But I’ve never captured the true feel of it like this lead player did. And the people who give this a thumbs down are just lonely, miserable people who can’t even tune a low E string. Sad.

RJ going into a near state of ecstasy during the final guitar solo is SO UNREAL!

A Filipino who grew up with the Beatles' songs from the 60s-70s. "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" is definitely one of my favorites. I asked my grandson to load one version of the song without telling me whose, then listened to it with eyes closed. Did the same with the other one. Must admit my hearing is not as sharp as way back then, but felt confident it's good enough to tell the copy from the real McCoy. I was wrong by a mile! "Pretty close" was the best I could come up. Whichever the REO (cover) version is, the instrumental rendition especially the lead guitar and the vocals are quite impressive. Couldn't even detect a slight accent of Taglish. Great job, boys! I was a drummer in a band in the 60's(thanks John,George,Paul and Ringo) 1st thing we agreed on NEVER DO A BEATLES SONG! We knew we could NOT do them Justice. These gentleman DO THEM JUSTICE and then some!!

As a college educated musician of about 30 years of playing...I gotta say..these guys are really impressive.. difficult songs and these guys nail them...you'd be hard pressed to distinguish the original from the cover... extremely impressive guys.

An absolute gem. The rhythm and tone were pure Beatles. Many covers miss the mark. This song has special a meaning if you can feel the words.

We the people are always recognise the 3 guys in the guitars, even now we starting to see more often their 5th brother, but we forgot the guy in DRUMS, he deserves to be mentoning too,so he does his Job very well, doesn't he? he also needs our applause👍👍👍👍👍

I'm blown away at the talent of these guys, particularly the guy singing and playing the lead. How he was able to simultaneously play and sing those parts so perfectly is insane. And oh yeah he's usually on keyboard, check out the incredible job he does on A Day In The Life, and Strawberry Fields. So incredible.

I’m sure many of you know this, but for those that don’t, these guys have a remarkable ability to record live. This would’ve had to’ve been done in several takes in a studio in order to sound this polished. In addition to their raw musical talent, they’re spectacular studio musicians.

These guys are caught in their own separate World whilst they are singing and nailing it but they somehow seem to be connecting with each other to perform brilliantly and so effortlessly.And than they snap out of it when they their performance end.It seems like they are been transported to another world when they are singing, oblivious to everything and each other.Me thinks they are aliens moving in and out of this World.

It's not so easy to capture the aura of the beetles but for gods sake to be able to induce goosebumps like the original songs is another level. I hope you all know what I mean. George Harrison is looking down listening to the guitar weep. And I'm sure smiling

Amazingly RJ sang like George and played lead guitar like Clapton. Beatles music was all over the Philippines back in the 60's and early70's. In fact, we grew our hair like in the Let It Be album, also the movie Jesus Christ Superstar was popular, everyone in the movie had long hair, so we got away with it.. We listened to the old DZRJ "the Rock of Manila" back in the 70's. The passenger jeepneys had 8-track cassette/cartridge stereos and they were loud, as students we were loving it. Armed forces radio at Clark AFB played pop,rock, jazz music, Looking back, life in the Philippines was fun!

Having worked for WEA (Warner-Elektra-Atlantic) a part of WMG for quite a few years, I've heard a lot of covers being submitted and this is without a doubt in my mind, one of the best. The REO BROTHERS are doing their homework- their cover of the songs they are performing are damn near dead on of the ORIGINAL artist. This is only the second RU-vid video performance I have watched of the REO BROTHERS so I do not know their names. I can say that the brother/ vocalist up front playing lead guitar on his Gibson is nailing the lead - seems- NOTE for NOTE. They are ALL very good and have whatever they are performing - LOCKED DOWN. EXCELLENT COVER GENTLEMAN 😊😊👍👍👍✌️✌️✌️✌️

The Beatles had a very nasty time when they visited the Philippines..but they would be amazed of what came out of that country. 😎 being a 65 years listening of Beatles fan...your the best cover band I've ever heard...you don't have to look like and act like them like other cover bands...you put the quality of the music first...AMAZING

I've seen so many versions of this song, and they often feature several guitarists trading leads (plus an acoustic guitar; Dhani Harrison, anyone?). But this one guy does it by himself. Who needs Eric Clapton or Prince?

hey REO Brothers, if you ever come across Germany, maybe you might want to visit also the Redlight District in Hamburg, where the Beatles first begun their career, they played and stayed there late Aug. 1960, they still got the the monuments of fab. four there.....btw, love the cover ,great rendition thank you!

Covering a song is difficult , but the listener can easily hear the passion these guys put into performing the song

Excellent guitar work. You know Eric Clapton recorded that with the Beatles right? George wrote the song, but couldn't do justice for the guitar part so Clapton played it. Uncredited of course. George Harrison returned the favor by playing lead guitar on the song "Badge" on one of Clapton's albums with the group Cream.
