American ingenuity at its best. I will gladly put mine to use in the trees. Thanks again for all of the work you put into this tether. I have other ones, but I love the quality and finish work of this one the best. It was worth waiting for.
I love this .. a young American trying to do something to better the industry he’s most passionate about and not afraid to show results .. this is what makes this country so great
the video editing was really enjoyable actually. The test lab had nice equipment and data recording. Much more sophisticated than the place I had do the x ring slings. Good for you for showing this stuff close to the time line of when you did it. It's a shame the expense you feel you should do to cover your ass, when it's not even life support and the life support would simply grab even better if this tether ever failed. But people are stupid and muckity muck product people in the establishment will put a spin on things...… so good job CYA.
I think I asked you on a different RU-vid video not sure if I used the zigzag and your tether with the rope wrench for SRT the zigzag happens to fail will the tether and rope wrench stop you from falling
Is it supposed to be higher or is that good? Was thinking the lowest would be equivalent to the 25kn most climbing gear is rated at. 6200 pounds I believe. Also was the test stopped at the first break or when it went higher after the first break ? I wasnt thinking of it only taking part of the load originally. I see how that breaking strength would be plenty.
Hey happy Friday night, hey was the first break, 4887, or was it the 2 break, at complete failure, also are you satisfied with the results of the numbers
