I was anticipating something incredible at the end, but an entire art gallery showcased as his different eras. I’m so hyped for his relationship with the ghouls despite it only being a Photo Booth drawing that we get. It’s fitting but now I’m obsessed with how the characters would’ve interacted. Beautiful little piece of story for the viewers! The editing of him transforming was sick too ❤

I like the idea of him and Ember being childhood friends. I could also see them as a couple, but they seem more playful than romantic, so maybe they tried being a couple, but realized they were better off as friends and still have a great relationship

The angling and lighting for his expression at 15:43 made me instantly think of the phrase "Aww come on, don't tell me you're scared?" Then his eyes did the glow thing right on "scared". this is probably my favorite face-up and face modification you've ever done. given, its more simple than a lot of your other dolls, but still the smirk and the way you drew his eyes and his brows are just so good I am absolutely in love with him. the open mouthed smirk and the teeth really just complete it.

The choice to use grey for the sclera was SO CLEVER. It really gave him the right shadowy figure vibe. That's one of my favorite things about your work - the little choices and details that seem simple enough in isolation, but when put together give your dolls so much depth.

First of all, I have to point out that when he hangs upside down, the coattails frame his body in such a way that they look like wings. Unintentional? If so, what a perfect coincidence! I love that this year you decided to do a male doll, just to keep things fresh, and he fits right in with the other girls, especially Kay Wren and her spooky-whimsy outfit. Also, those portraits from the end are so cool and an amazing way to show his character! Another knock-out doll!

this fully reinforces the vampire obsession/researching i had in like July was absolutely worth it. my favorite vampire trait is arithmomania aka "i have to pick up/count the tiny things you've thrown at me and i can't stop until I'm done or someone gets me to stop." so, living on the beach is probably your best vampire prevention method. :)

I love, love LOVE the shoes. It really elevates his outfit and gives a much more modern feel to the design. Its like a young adult vampire from the 18th or even 19th century discovered Nike and is like "hey, these match my clothes!"

Okay but the combination of classic vampire ascetic and modern punk/goth vibes is immaculate. I feel like ancient vampires are played up to be these stuffy- stuck in their way characters - but if vampires are supposed to be apex predators they need to be able to adapt! Blend in. Oh my, I love him dearly. I have to admit, I was partial to his 80's poofy hair myself, but I do see your vision and still adore it as well. I would absolutely LOVE to see you do an 80's glam/hair metal boy, though! Metal is one of my major hyperfixations, and 80's glam/hair metal just doesn't get the representation and appreciation that it deserves ALSO OMG THE ART GALLERY OF HIM AT THE END IS THE BEST THING EVER! It does definitely hammer home to me my personal bias and love for long hair though LOL. Instead of a cool kid in the 80's I would've gone with metalhead instead XD

I finally found your channel again! I've been searching for Dollicious thinking that was ur name 🥲 You were my childhood, I used to (and frankly, still do) love all your repaints. I remember being obsessed with the idea of trying it out for myself. I bought a used Clawdeen doll, but I never really got around to repainting her. Today's the day I will be giving her a makeover! omg. when you started airbrushing I went "oh no! Katherine didn't give him pointy ears!" out loud, and when you mentioned it and fixed it before painting him, I squealed with happiness! I've been a massive fan of your videos for years now, and was always hoping you'd do a vampire someday! I love vamps and they're my absolute favorite so this video was such a treat! I really like the idea of a vampire who picks and chooses their favorite fashion aesthetics to keep up with the times; like we’ve got the Victorian Gothic inspired look, combined with a little bit of a modern punk vibe, and of course the fresh kicks. It’s fun to see a unique coord come together, and the classic color palette really unifies things!🧛🏻

I wonder if it wouldn't have been easier to paint the mouth pieces before sticking them in the head 😅either way though, he turned out absolutely amazing! He looks like he's be right at home at monster high. I love the little ending skit with him throughout the eras, and the little purikura pictures with the demon and banshee dolls!
