I came for the repair tutorial, stayed for the wonderful story. Took quite a few taps on the bench, but this has done the trick and is now working again, that being said it makes a terrible noise as if something is stuck in the fan if I do up the screws to roughly the same tension they were when I took them out, but no noise if i just hold the fan in my hands, maybe is on its way out, either way, thanks for the vid, saved me a bunch of cash. Another thanks from Australia.

A bit of a random fix-it video but it worked a treat! Shows only the screws you need to remove and no more. Just have a system to keep track where the different sizes go and it's a quick and easy fix. I just took the fan out and gave it a few taps and a good clean with another vacuum and it was fine again.

Thanks a lot! Need to say that in my case there were no neccesity to dissassemble all the vacuum cleaner. It was enough just to take off the rear cover and move the fan by finger. This tutorial is for more complicated cases with replacing the fan. Thanks again

This is a great repair video! Thank you so much! For me, the problem was that the black mesh at the fan exhaust was clogegd up with debris. The fan itself was clean. From now on, I will make sure to clean the dust bin compartment properly!

Thank you, this helped me figure out disassembly of the unit so I could check it. I realised there was a small filter on the outside of the fan also, accessible when you remove the fixed cover (not the bumper cover). This little filter was absolutely clogged with dust and hair and although the fan was OK, there was not sufficient airflow and so not enough suction.

Thank you. This worked great for me. One mistake I did make was use the long screws in the wrong holes made the screw come out the other side of the plastic but I was able take them out and out them in the right place and everything worked fine. Thanks again

Testing the power didn't work for me. Every time I pushed the button, a different error came in: wheels are hanging, robot stuck, sensors dirty, put vacuum on flat surface etc. I think he didn't like that the tower was disconnected :P Anyway - You've helped me a lot. Simple instructions, numbered bolts, graphical indications instead of "take this cover out and remove all offending screws" :P Good job Friend, I've replaced the fan in less than 30 minutes. Thank You very much! :)
