Here we are trying a repair attempt on a pipe jack to see if we can indeed repair this roof.
It failed multiple times during the repair.
-Degranulation
-Creasing
-Tearing
-Material Transfer
Due to the shingles around the pipe jack being compromised during the repair process, we are asking the insurance to approve the full roof replacement.

Get them at a local roofing supply store. We use ABC and they carry them in stock.

Roomer has it that the insurance company is out on vacation spending their customers money and not carring about replacing the roof.

You can get it switched with some work. They do take care of people 99% of the time with proper documentation.

What's wrong with the vent just put a new rubber collar if the old one is bad !

Insurance paid for them to be replaced on the entire roof along with box vents. It’s not a repairable roof but the owner doesn’t want to skip anything insurance paid to be replaced.
