bro i own trk502X, thank you for this video. planning to rebuild my engine because of very noisy metal to metal internal engine noises. where you got the specific parts? like bearings, piston with ceramic sides, etc?
Have you come across any Benelli trk 502 which has dry clutch issues, basically the oil does not reach all plates and then with little careless use, the plates burn out
Just watched this video. My TRK502 has a hard gear shift. The gear are hard to shift especially in slow speeds and sometime gets stuck especially when am at the stop light. They will shift with a 'hard hit'.What could be the problem? Shift star? It has only done 8,000km and I don't ride it really hard. It's been a bit frustrating.
Have you got your chain to the correct tension ? chain lubricated ? check for any gunk stuck in the gear shift lever and front sprocket. If all else fails bring the bike back to your dealership and have it inspected and repaired under warranty.
@@trickzter6071 Bro, use an engine cleaner for 15 minutes before the oil change and original filter for one time use only, and use 100% synthetic oil. Come back to me with the results. Hope that helps!
