it doesn't work. On the last step, when i enter the cartridge the color indicator start to blink again and the printer doesn't work as in the beginning

Before i did it my tri color was blinking even when it was in the printer. I reseted it by your steps and, nothing. I'm sorry.

hi, i have a problem with my photosmart c1380. not always, but it gives me black cartridge error. Even if I put on a new black it gave me that mistake. I cleaned the contacts with demineralized water, and the first two prints are gone; on the third print, in the same session, he made me the same mistake again. I opened the door, inserted the cartridge again, and after a couple of times I opened and closed the door, I was able to print .... what can it be?

Tried it twice, it made some noises like it was doing something, but in the end I have the same problem. So, it didn't work.

It fixed the problem but after 1 month it did it again. Now im gonna replace it

Hi, I have a problem - I made the "first 3 stars round" with buttons pressed, everything was going good, but during the second waiting for the third star, printer shut down... After I turned it on, weird noises started and process seemed to come back to begining. After 3rd try it stops after first reconneting the printer. Did it twice, waited >30 s with buttons pressed. I unplugged it totally and waiting for another try.. What I could done wrong? Thanks for your video!
