Nassir is Awesome! Had my Tesla at his place to get road approved for two new years last week. As Bjørn said, they try to repair instead of replacing parts. They saved me some money and i got a free Model 3 loaner ;) Nassir usualy sit at the counter (he is the manager), so he is in the workshop just for Bjørn :)

Over 340,000km (>211,000mi) and all that's wrong is some worn out ball joints, suspension bushings, rock hammered radiators in the front and a couple of minor leaks in the AC system. That's very good performance overall. Great video series Bjorn! Really interesting and excellent results so far!
@GoldenCroc
@GoldenCroc 3 года назад
To be fair, those are hardly the only parts being faulty during those 340k km. Considering the earlier parts Bjorn changed when he owned the car last time, the reliability is below average. But on the other hand, that was maybe to be expected for a new automaker using a, mostly new, technology.

I wonder if there is some sort of Award for Bjorn for his dedication to electric vehicles. I have been watching these videos for quite a few years and Bjorn has never let us, the viewer, down for any reason. Who still posts a video when they are ill? Bjorn of course. Is there a Norwegian award, a European one for outstanding service to the public. Plus, Bjorn is not an official of any kind, this is what he likes to do. What a guy. I can't believe that 28 people (or BOTS) gave a thumbs down. Grrrrrr!
@ikocheratcr

I think the award is how many people view his videos, thumb up them, that he gets other people or companies to help (Marcusbil, MisterGreen), car manufacturers the provide new cars, etc. Very nice to see that.

The cigarette smoke smell doesn't go away by ozone alone. Ozone also eats on all materials in the car, it's better to clean everything extremely thorough and end with chemical aerosol treatment. Keeping the underside of the car clean is definitely something that will save you a lot of trouble later on, especially with all the salt they use on the roads here in Norway during winter. I've got a fossil Golf that's now 21 years old and has done over 410 000 km. It's been maintained and kept clean underneath - we've only ever had to replace shock absorbers, that's it.
