In this channel you will find tech videos, reviews, road trips, tests and other useful information. I test almost every EV out there.
About me: I'm a full time RU-vidr making content mainly about EVs. In the past I had an office job and then I did some Nimber jobs. Since 2018 I have been doing only RU-vid. I was born in Thailand and I have lived in Norway since I was four years old.
Pretty sure you could just install shutters, they also serve a means of adding a layer of security, will be far cheaper and less prone to failure. Assume when you say heat pump you mean adding extra A/C, I thought heat pumps can also work in reverse, and can utilise your existing heat pump?
This AWD Performance beat Y RWD in real world range in the Norway range test recently. The RWD LR G6 will blow Y range away. Charges 10-80% at 60% of Y charge time.
@bjornnyland , Bjørn, please comment how you liked driving in this car compared to the KIA EV6 GT. I like both of these cars and they both offer something special, but different special things in the different car. Which was the better environment to be in? Similar quietness? Similar driving feel/suspension? Similar sound system quality? I don't really care about the range or the charging speeds, they are not metrics I find valuable to my day to day.
Dolphin is not that small. Our first car when we had two kids, both in car seats, was a hyundai i10. We only brought a small stroller for the 2 year old. The newborn we carried in a sling.
hello bjorn I am brand new to the world of electricity.. I have just acquired a second-hand Tesla model 3 performance from 2021 with 69000km... in terms of load on roughly 12000kw of load about 2/ 3 of DC supercharge.. being a bit of a geek I immediately tried to install scan my tesla and looking more closely my full nominal pack is at 72.9kw for a full pack when new of 82kw is this alarming? when do you think this? I'm going to try an emptying close to 0 and a max charge to 100 to recalibrate the bms to see what that gives... ps sorry for the spelling I'm French and I use google translate thank you for your answer 👍
EU just tilted the playing field inadvertently for Tesla by trying to spare their own automakers from Chinese competition. Tariffs going up ~20-35% on Chinese EVs. Tesla makes europe Model Ys sold in EU in Germany.
There are many nice cars, but I feel they would look nicer if the screen is integrated as part of the interior. Now it looks like they build a car first then buy a pad and mount it in the car.
If you need a Minisplit only for AC purposes, just buy a 300€ Midea or other store brand version. You'll never amortize a higher efficiency one. If you want to use it to heat, go for a Daikin one, they have decent algorithms for heating and fan speed. Also they make cheap units for the Italian market that are super efficient for heating and cooling and rather cheap. The DAIKIN ATXD25A for example is under 800€ and will heat down to -20°C extremely efficiently. They make cold region versions that can go lower but they are more than double the price. Maybe you'll find a subscriber that could install one of those for you.
If only we have Nio and that model in Australia. But i think it is not profitable for Nio as they will need to built many battery swapping station which is going to cost a lot.
Zipscreen in front above the entrance, the rest of the windows and doors equiped with lamellas like in the bathroom, job done. Most costeffective option.
@@Mosern1977 Im trying it in to days. Also, I looked at it before I pre ordered. Luckily, you can jump out of the contract until delivery without any obligations.
Its nice that you can see the buffer for when the power ammount goes down and somewhat trust it to not go empty before there is no juice left, so you dont have to bet on hopes and dreams.
Ridiculous prices nowadays. 7000 for installing one?? Really? I guess they will use no more than one hour on the work. They charge 3000 for setting up scaffolding. It might take them 20 minutes max.
