Could you please make sure your thumbnail on the top right of the screen is static please? that constant resizing was seriously annoying and it gave me a headache! The overall process looked good to me and the final result "looked" good, however, I know you annealed the repair, to make it soft enough to machine, but didn't see you harden or temper the finished part... was that done later? If not, I would be concerned about it's failing again in the future due to the repair being a significant point of failure ...
There is very little good... Let's consider that the original axle shaft was sheared due to a lot of effort... Now after the repair all the characteristics of the material have changed due to the heating during welding and it will certainly break worse than before but as we well know in those countries they cannot afford new original spare parts and in some way they have to make do but ultimately it is all a waste of time...A detail of this kind must meet certain specifications of resistance and hardness given by cementification and other treatments but in Pakistan everything is possible 🤔😲😳😂
