Lacquer Thinner? I've always been told to keep solvents away from EPDM if I don't want to accelerate its deterioration. Was my whole life a lie up to this point? Or is this just too brief on an application for the solvent to be absorbed into the membrane in quantities that matter?

Yea, cut that whole area out and replace it properly. It wasn't installed right.

Epic fail. You just voided the homeowners warranty. After you cut the wrinkle out you were to reglue the under side of the field membrane or cut the unglued material out. Mulehide has the cheapest adhesives primer and seam tape to make this repair. Your a product pimp. Your fix will crack in extreme temperatures.
