Suggestion on how to repair broken fuel injector bolt or stripped bolts on e320 cdi engines om648 or all other engine with the same design such as om646 om647 om611 om612 om613.
The best way to repair is to try to take existing bolt out and try to use a new bolt or resize the bolt to m7 1.0 and buy the mercedes m7 1.0 bolt which is a upgrade.

if you have a tap and drill size of m12 1.75 just buy the inserts not the whole kit if you want to save money.
The bolt I used is the 5 Speed transmission housing to torque converter housing Part number :
0049902312 M8 1.25 x 45mm

Mercedes WIS(Workshop Information System) says to apply 20 nm for those bolts so apply at your own risk, I used an torque wrench and the bolt didnt break even at 22 nm but dont take my word for it. Also the design of the bolt the head will break off before the bolt breaks in the middle so even if you break one, you can easily remove one compared to the strech bolts m6 size.
I tested the threaded EZ LOK inserts and every time the bolt broke before the insert showed any damage.
