Repairing the clutch fingers (with clutch basket on the bike) 

In this video, we will show you how to repair clutch fingers on the clutch basket without removing the clutch basket from the bike. Do you need to remove the clutch basket from the bike to repair it or even change it it will depend on the state of your clutch fingers.
Our Kawasaki GT 550 clutch fingers were just a little worn so we felt confident that we could repair it without removing the clutch basket from the bike...
...and we did this by using 150-grid sandpaper on some flat tools. The little dents we had on clutch fingers are now straightened up and we can proceed with the assembly of clutch plates, clutch cover and clutch lever.
