I have Ruptured eardrum 2 months before. I am fine now. It healed automatically but you have to be careful. Don't let water inside your ear. Don't eat or drink anything cold. Don't wear headphones. Don't hear loud noises always put some cotton on your ear. Don't do any workout while having ruptured eardrum Don't take head bath and stay in warm place it help to healing your ear. In case if the water goes inside your ear you must visit ENT hospital he give some anti infection tablet (eat healthy which is good for mid ear infections) your ear healed soon don't lose hope
Please reply sir I have eardrum hole by an accident my doctor told me for surgery but I don't want surgery can I wait for some more time to heal my eardrum by itself
My eardrum got perforated on 12th March. There was no blood or pus discharge. Nor there was any pain. By 19th April it was fully healed. All i did was be on medication of anti-biotic for upto a week, to prevent any infection. Use cotton and a plastic cover sealed with a rubber band while taking a bath. And leaving it dry all the time. Please don't smoke or drink during this time. Be on proper diet. Time heals everything 😊
I have complications growing over last few years since my right ear drum got perforated may 2021 due to infection spike after covid vaccine and inflammation of Adenoids sucking my eardrum in.. had a full procedure done for nose and after surgery my septum again grew bent and sinuses are clogged too.. now i have constant middle ear infection and fluid build up and tinnitus 24/7.. scared of getting ear surgery, maybe my eustachian tube is dysfunctional.. I don't know if I was born with broken ear drums but I had hole till I remember around 3rd grade, used to have a lot of discharge and kids stayed away from me.. with homeopathy it gradually reduced infections and healed my ear drum over time. I was not even concious in those years.. now lot of stress from every concerned, sleeplessness, inhale high screentime, sedentary lifestyle with no time.. i just wish quitting everything and just relaxing and improving lifestyle was easy to do given I'm turning 30 without a partner, getting deafer slowly, losing balance and growing joint issues due to instability and sacrum tilt developed from childhood lasting over 26 years when I started acting on it, which again is not turning out easy progress with many ups and downs. Instead of enjoying
@RAM_845 Nothing to worry, raptured ear drum will heal automatically, only thing please keep that ear without water entry. Have to wait for atleast 2 to 3 weeks, It will return back to normal, if needed your Dr will give any anti biotic..No need to worry.
Thank you for sharing and bravo to all involved. As an opera singer with a perforated ear drum that cannot be repaired apparently, I was in tears watching this and an now very hopeful. It has affected my health and the journey to get back on stage again has been slow but I have lovely support. I look forward to seeing how this technology progresses. If there is an option to be involved in the clinical trials, I would be interested.
If you're suffering from eardrum issues, please get help from recognised Doctor. After 2 months if the hearing issues still persist, go for surgery. Its worth every cents. Within 1 week after the surgery with careful medications etc. You can feel the difference. Your happiness will gain.

Hello sir paul,i too have ruptures eardrum and watery yellowish discharge and its really affecting my hearing too..its almost for many years i have this problem and my hearing is getting worse year by year..please suggest ne the best possible treatment
I am not sure about this topic, but the sponge scaffold, may cause a stress on to the cells in the way the cells grow and may be good for small perforations, and wont cause any sort of metaplasia of the cells and eventually lead to dysplasia and now you have tumor growing in the ear because of this. For larger perforations, I believe surgery may still be the better option.
this happened to me 2 times, first one recovered in like 3 to 4 weeks without me even realizing, the 2nd time this happened was like a week ago, still havent recovered yet.
Coming here with a presently ruptured eardrum (in my dominant ear), I was hoping to hear something more soothing and healing, than this narration provided. Entirely incorrect for a sensitive topic as this. Bleeding, and extricating, and purging, and healing, while barely sleeping from the ringing tinnitus and scrambling hisses, to the orchestras of Beethoven-esque deafening pain, requires gentility and grace.
@@Mere-Mahakal-Baba bro I have also the same problem..please tell me this can be healed without surgery..if then please tell me address where it can be healed

Am hearin clicking sound anytime I swallow my spit , it being two week since my ear ruptured n i can feeling my hearin comin back,,,, but my tinnitus won’t go away am really bothered 😢
I've been having slightly less hearing on my left ear, went to see my ENT and they said I have a tiny hole. He said it should heal itself but if not, he'd have to do a tympanoplasty where they take a skin graft from my ear and use it to patch the hole... but they'd have to cut behind my ear and lift up the eardrum entirely.... sounds like a messy and expensive surgery. If that's the case, I'm gonna find a doctor that can just do a simple office procedure that is minimally invasive.
Sounds too invasive. When i was a toddler i had FEW middle ear infections which ruptured my eardrum! 20 years later it was ok, just a scar. My hearing is worse here--but so would be hearing with graft!

My ear is about 50 percent big, my doctor said I need surgery, I am scared, he said the infection could go to the brain, plus my other ear I have lost 30 percent hearing in it , that one does not have a hole, I have tinitis in that one, I need help bad , could u tell me what to do please I do not want to do surgery.
so i think i just ruptured my eardrum sometimes i get my hearing then boom its back to not hearing at first i was using Q-tips and didn't know i poke a hole in my eardrum i just thought it was a massive chunk of earwax, so i did an idiotic thing which is put water in it so it could "soften" the earwax but nope the water just slid right through, its been like 5 minutes after this happened still not experiencing any pain atm
the dr. said that the right side of my ear damage my eardrum about 40% is it big or small (not serious?). can it be back to normal and healed the hole of my eardrum? answer me please thank you so much.
Today, I went to see the ENT and he said I need a surgery on a 25%. I am going to protect my ear from noise and wind and see if it heals on it's own. Maybe try the same and see if improves.
@@caezarlapuc8627 ok thank you. its been 3 months but it keeps coming back. today i bought ear drop beacause its so itchy and its hurt :'(. especially when i put my eardrops to my ears its very painful. i dont know why.
@@yenella0616 be careful, remember you have a tear on the eardrum and the ear drops are made with vinegar or alcohol and when they pass the eardrum, it hurts as it should but it is not good, unless is prescribed by a doctor. You need to have a good diet so your immune system restore the tissue that protects you ear canal. Just have patience listen to classic piano something light so you blend the sounds that you are hearing. I am using the noise ear protectors, so I can give the eardrum time to heal. I am not a doctor, maybe go back and have your ears check just to make sure there is not an infection there.
@@caezarlapuc8627 thanks for the explanation. that is why its very painful when i put eardrops on my ruptured eardrum. ok i will see doctors on my rest day. because its really really painful. now 1hr. of pain since i put eardrops in my ear earlier.

About 4 months ago I fired a shotgun just one time without any protection and I immediately noticed some ringing in my left ear and I didn't want to shoot anymore and stopped, but then they next day I had to catch a flight and while going up and then coming down my ears popped several times and I think that may have made it worse. Now I have constant ringing in my left ear and I have a little hearing loss but the biggest thing is I am now Sooooo sensitive to any sharp noise like two glass dishes banging together kills my ear. Is there anything I can do about this?
@@videdheart7238 Hi Yasser, Not good, I am unable to see a doctor sine I have no insurance and specialist are way too expensive. The ringing has got a lot worse. I have also lost hearing in my left ear, everything sounds like there is no Base in it but a lot more of a high pitch sound. Its awful. Before it happened I had perfect hearing, thanks for asking, I appreciate it.
@@lenns_music Damn bro ... hopefully you'll feel better, please give me another update after you see a doctor ... i feel bad for you 😔💕... btw i cant hear with my right ear ... its been 16 days and each day the ringing gets worse ... i want to go and see a doctor but in my country the corona virus is everywhere so i cant . get well soon bro 💕🤜🏽✨
How about a large hole? My ent feels that surgery would make hearing worse, as he feels my hearing is too good for surgery even though the hole is big. I have what ent's describe as a mild hearing loss. Even if I decided to have surgery there's no guarantee that it wouldn't be made worse from the scarring.
I just had my surgery today and same as your situation big holes in both eardrum, mild hearing lost... I take a risk let see what happens hoping for good result in few months 🙏🏼 finger cross.
This video may be an EARly contender for most puns per minute for this channel. And whomever was tasked with scouting out the sound effects for this video certainly EARned their keep. Hears other one: The last thing you want is bilateral eardrum perforation, because everything you hear will go in one ear and out the other. I am deeply sorry. I'm not usually like this.
Hi, I raptured my eardrum in a fight in 2006, been living with a perforation since, I was told by two different ENTs that it would heal itself, now my whole right side is from head to toe aches, muscles not working properly, joints painful too, I have an appointment soon with another ENT, do you think how I feel is related to the ear?
I have same problem from last 7 months , my head portion around' the ear is hurting annoyingly. Some time left eye and left side headache also. Are you fine now???
uhm hey guys, there's this video i listen to and it really did help people including me to slowly cure my ear problems. I'd share it also if ya'll want to know about it

Mine is perforated for almost 4 yrs. no problem occured that time but this year of August the problem arise liquid coming out my left ear on and off. Been taking antibiotics oral and drops. Doctors told me not to have a flu it will pass in your ear because its perforated but now i have flu and water is coming out in my left ear and the pain is annoying. Feel anxiety and depression. The Doctor told me that if it always happen(liquid coming from ear) it need an operation but i am afraid of operation im nervous about it. My eardrum perforate when i was 51 yrs. old and doctor told me that it will not be healed by itself coz of my age. Now im suffering from this. I dont know what to do.
