The tip with the first slide of the PowerPoint is gold. I never thought about that but I will definitely use this in the future!

His tip also made me realize that how small things, changes can create a bigger impact which we don't think about at all.

Wow! As simple as it sounds, many of us don’t see it even as frequent as it appears in our faces… Thanks Simon for speaking about that front page!!!🤝

"The cover page" as simple as that. What trully embody a person or a company is not visible in one page (it needs time and it needs a deeper approach), but life is game that only drives the spotlight to 'the cover page". Great Simon as always

I highly recommend Simon's on demand class on public speaking. It's a bit of an investment, but so worth it; there he dives deeper into the powerpoint etc. stuff and how to get a message across effectively.

One point I'd like to make that passion doesn't determine a successful marriage or relationship only. I know a lot of people with passion but lack other areas like respect or being more understanding. I think being respectful is fundamentally more important than being passionate. ❤

Our WHY drives our whole purpose. I agree that we have to reinforce it every chance we get. It’s good to remind our people of the overall vision. It will motivate them to do their best since they know that every little thing leads to a significant milestone.

Interesting! In user experience design we always start with why, we want to get empathy for the people we design for. What are their needs, goals. The users as well as business and stakeholders. It is called human centred design. And its clearly a lot of benefits for both the companies and users, the return of investment is there. What i have been thinking about lately is how human centred design methods could be applied to so much more then software interfaces. How could politicians design solutions for the citizens using human centred design? Actually getting empathy for the people a solution is meant for. Trying out prototypes on real people to see if the solution will actually work before its done. How might leaders support their employees by getting empathy for them. I don’t understand how getting empathy for the people we help is not a subject in every education, I believe it is the future for humanity, one human need that really can change the world for the better and i am so thankful for all Simons work perusing that vision.

hey @Simon_Sinek Can you do a video about how apple changed their perspective on "the game" as you talked about in your 2016 video titled "Most Leaders Don't Even Know the Game They're In". because it seems their strategy to improve and build their company has changed to the outplay your competition to sell the most and be "the winner" mentality.

Watching those videos, I became to think that people who had the opportunity to be in the military have a great advantage because things like telling your people the why gets hammered into your head from day one. … however there is also a lot of stupidity happening in the military :-)
