Ive had lots of troubles, lost so many potential friends to my lies and stuff. I asked my best friend about this and i did indeed almost cry. I never knew that somone could really love me even though i have huge problems.
My students nominated me for teacher of the month, and they had to write why they were nominating me, OMG, the things they wrote about how I made them feel, I started crying and this has always been the reason why I love teaching.

here's a an half digested thought for you. hard skills and soft skills are just two faces of the same medal, cognitive flux. Communication and empathy are ways to process information just as structuring things you learn, hard as they may be. At a basic level they both regard decoding concepts . So i can get why Sinek is so passionate about it. Being a good communicator is a tought job. Understanding what others mean, handle their inabilty to express and their limits as well as your own ecc
Some teacher would also say to me, only bright students comes to me asking questions after courses! In front of other's some time it can be rude! But worthed

The mind will grasp the subject before it decides to not of think of it So when we say we can't do such and such, it could be for many reasons A - We lack experience B - We don't want to yet we feel forced to.
The challenge though, most or probably all my kid’s friends are using gadgets. In the end he’d be the only one left not holding the gadgets or finally just join his friends playing something on their gadgets. So it’s really a big homework for the other parents who are in that circle as well.
I very much agree with him I see people going to the dinner table are going out to eat and having their phone in front of them I see women walking their kids walking their dog looking at their phone I see people looking at their phone crossing the street bad idea I see women jogging in holding their phone in their hand everywhere they walk they're holding their phone I see young girls holding their phones while getting off the bus in the mall they're holding their phones I see kids in the mall play with their phones and not talking to their friends I see people texting while they're driving I see people watching movies in front of them on the dashboard Wilder driving very dangerous phones have become an addiction
I am so glad my parents were oldschool. We live in the middle of nowhere, so i could never hang out with friends, but i was able to play in the woods all the time. If i had a smart phone and/or internet connection growing up, i would have been so messed up...
Some leaders don’t care about those they are in charge of by bullying, avoiding, or not acknowledging them, discrediting them.. even in front of others who those won’t speak against the leader
Humans are awesome, pity all this psychological evaluating of us has been used to sadistically manipulate societies. Cambridge analytics manipulate democracy elections across the world.
It used to be our parents and community used to teach us these skills before we all stopped going to church services, before they stopped teaching through television programs that taught values, respect and morals.
Je suis d'accord avec ça devenir de meilleurs auditeurs c'est primordial pour que les gens se sentent entendus mais les compétences humaines ne se limite pas qu' à l'auditif il y a aussi le visuel, le langage corporel comme par exemple ici j'entends mais je vois votre petit pied qui n'arrête pas de gigoter et je me dis que vous êtes probablement peut-être un peu stressé. Il y a un double message dans ce post, un qui se veut rassurant concernant le savoir et les compétences de votre compagnie et l'autre qui nous interroge par rapport à votre gestuelle. juste une constatation à moins que le thème de ce post soit justement de démontrer que les aptitudes humaines sont plus complexes qu'on ne le croit.✌
