this a universal law, not man-made stuff. Repeat the thought like " I'm a billionaire". this is how all billionaires did it even though it sounded stupid. For me I say goodbye to the old self thinking about worries and i leave that in Book 1. Then Book 2 -> i decide what i repeat and repeat it in my head until it becomes automatic. usually within a few days. It takes 66 days for a belief to be formed, thats when you see things happen. also dont tell people what you are thinking, they will just give you sum of their limiting thoughts. Never give up - you are doing it anyways so do it consciously.
I have met a few great self made successful people in my life. They all have one thing in common. If they meet u and u talk to them and tell them your aspirations in life….no matter how crazy or seemingly unlikely the aspirations are……they would never discourage you from working hard to achieve the moon shot you aspire to.
Totally agree. I remember when I was learning how to ride a bike. I told myself that I will get this and I saw myself mentally riding a bike successfully eventhough I kept falling. This is SO TRUE!!

The opposite works also! Repeat to yourself that you can.... and one day you Can! You can pick the positive angle or the negative angle in any situation. I consciously choose the positive angle! It takes practice but you can do it! 😊😊😊
But yes focusing on the positive shapes our destiny. Yes we MUST work on our thoughts!!! It does take work but it is WAY BETTER than letting our minds wonder on stupid, ridiculous, unproductive thoughts. We may have to turn off the tv or the radio in the car and listen to and repeat these things!! I have to do more of this myself!!!

That’s means you gotta be selective for your goal everyday. And also everything you do is for yourself not for having some validation for others. It's easy to have this mindset when one grew up in a higher social class and their father was a Physician/Minister. This guy opposed John F. Kennedy and was friends with Nixon.
Don’t mess with my Kennedy’s 🥴🥊 on another note, I agree…much easier to have a positive mindset when you hardly face adversity… but, with God all things are possible… I grew up poor, had no moral support and no spiritual guidance…. Still came out on the other side ❤
I guess thats why if you keep getting told your worthless for a long time and then you end up believing it. Its been said long enough that its engrained.
When you make a thought a network connection is made & it's weak, then with each use of that connection it strengthens & old connection not used weaken. The connection insulation increases which also increases the strength & speed of the connections taking those 66 days to become habit, or that groove in the mind. A connection takes about 3 seconds iirc & I thought it was less than 66 days but you get the drift.
