Did you also have the problem that the blue and green light didn’t work on the charging port ?

Just change the whole thing and it will work . The latch .

Some comments in the forums suggest the new replacement door needs to be calibrated using Tesla’s “Toolbox 3”, have you had any trouble with the replacement assuming you don’t have a Toolbox 3 subscription/license?

No problem at all. Although I did not mention to test before full assembly. I did install but rubbed very little and will not close sometimes fully. Opened again and pushed up and now closes fine everything I'm trying to upload as many Tesla repair videos

@@cartonvera I've been told that the firmware needs to be reloaded after installation. Had Tesla mobile service do the repair and the tech re-installed the firmware and (I'm assuming) ran the Toolbox 3 recalibration (or maybe those are one-in-the-same?). I've read some folks on the forums have had their new door break shortly after DIY install because the door mechanism was over powering itself when opening/closing and the force was snapping the plastic hinge.
