This is a healthy, tasty, easy to make recipe that serves the whole family. It helps you lose weight, is low in calories, has a low amount of carbohydrates per serving and full of good health nutrients. It is a great option for a lunch or dinner. You can take it to work and to university too. Tell me in the comments if you will adapt any ingredients.
INGREDIENTS IN THE RECIPE:
- 500g of boiled and shredded chicken
- 2 raw carrots
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 cup pea
- 1 stalk of leek
- 1/2 cup raisin
- 2 jars of natural skimmed yogurt without flavour and sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt to taste
It yields 8 portions, each with 177 calories and 16g of carbohydrates, 2.5g of fibre, 18g of protein and 4g of fat approximately.
