Thank you so much!! Unfortunately though I can't get any sort of grip on it to pull it down!! Even pliers aren't working! 😩🥺 Ugh Update... I used pliers with a paper towel (to avoid scratching it) Thank you so much!!!!
@@lilliantomvision tried and can't.. no leverage because it will put a hole in the ceiling. I appreciate the help though. I did manage though. I used paper towel and pliers. Broke a nail but hey I got the work done! Went from 3 working lights to 9!! 😁
