Thank you so much for your video. It was the sol reason I was willing to fix my broken inlet connector myself. I got my parts from a different place, which of course had different part numbers and my new connector ended up being aluminum, but everything worked out as you showed in your video and it saved me time, money, and convenience! Thank you!
Tia, if the connector is broken to where the release tool doesn't work, then you may need to split the connector length wise by using a small saw blade or a sharp knife. Then once it's split on one side you could pry it open with a screw driver. If you can't pry it open far enough though, then you may need to also cut the opposite side of the connector as well. Good luck with it.
@@Thebobfactor thank u so much I think that is what they are doing. (The guys that are helping. My husband passed away and I have no idea how to do this kind of stuff to his baby, but I'm trying to keep her going.)
