If I suspect a leak on the evap coil, I use my ref sniffer on both the outside evap drain lines to see if I get a hit. It will save u a long creep under or in the attic.

If you get an episode of postural hypotension (dizzy standing suddenly) climbing up or down a ladder, or whenever, you can restore your pressure by stopping, and hold your breath a second and bear down on your diaphragm, that’ll bring your “head pressure” back up, and may prevent a fall..

When I put tape them around the copper with masking tape just outside of the armaflex it reads 65. When using the clamps as normal, it reads 66. @@ignacio8597 Just imagine on a furnace and it is on the other side of the house and you find out they closed a 2 car garage to make a den. Now you have to slide through a duct hole to get to the furnace. Problem was the fan motor froze up. Can not get to the fan motor panel because the ceiling is too low. Plus you are sliding on your stomach all of the way. It's 103 on the outside. Just imagine what the temperature is in this slide space. I am soaking wet with sweat. First of all, I'm not a HVAC tech. As a matter of fact, I know very little about the trade. I am just intrigued watching your skills in your profession. I live in the lower Midwest where we have 3 choices for heating and air. Gas -natural/propane, electric or wood. I have a heat pump split unit. Air handler is in the house. In your location I see most of your indoor units are either in the crawl space, or the attic. Is this because most houses are on a concrete slab? Thanks for the informative videos.
@Thanoric
@Thanoric 2 года назад
Basically. Most houses are not designed for adequate floor space for an air handler, so they either get shoehorned into an undersized closet on the first floor or tossed in the attic to take up unused space. They also use the big fluffy duct work for some reason. Here in Wisconsin we use tin ductwork from the basement to keep our pipes from freezing in the winter. Also a thing I have noticed in the south is high or mid wall vents, because their main worry is cooling in the hot months, and up here in the Midwest we use mostly Floor or trim height vents for better heating in the Winter.

@@Bryan-Hensley absolutely, you are right, antibiotic will weaken you , but once a patient has chest and sinus congestion and the body can't fight it , then that's the option, off course to get the right antibiotics the doctor should order c&s ( culture and sensitivity) which you might know what that is , ( a swab from throat or nose is obtained and gets sent to the lab for finding out what type of antibiotics is proper, which takes up to 72 hrs or more) i am not in favor of taking antibiotics for sinus or chest infection but sometimes i take because it gets rid of the problem. That is very crappy access to the air handler. There should be a wide (24”) plywood walkway in the attic. Penny pinching builders.
