Great video, I followed step by step and it was very helpful, especially unclipping the delicate covers. Unfortunately something is wrong after the rebuild, the drone will not launch, and scrapes around in a half circle when the launch mode is activated. I have attempted to recalibrate everything but its still not working. Any idea what fault would cause this? Drone was flying fine before the rebuild, frame was replaced due to a break where one of the spring loaded arm pivots mount.

Thanks a lot. I did struggle a LOT to remove the glue on the front led cables! I actually cut the grey one when removing this f... glue. All the rest was super easy with patience.

What is the best place to purchase the replacement body? Amazon or aliexpress or can I buy it directly from DJI?

I think i might have to get a middle frame. i have a crack and it dont seem to hold up with glue..... are these bodys made of abs or plastic ? what the best glue. i am a bit worried about having to do this strip down job.. i have had the top and the bottom off and replaced a broken arm.. but that been my limit so far.....

hank You. I' like to remove the arms and motors off my Dji mini se and send the rest up to 100K feet aboard a high altitude balloon. Will this disable control functions and recording to the sd card?
