Its designed to seal products of combustion but will seal water also. Yes you can find water ( condense ) when you open it if the boiler is very dirty.
Hi Andrew I wonder if you could help me I've got a Johnson and Starley combi boiler cannot get electro rod for it anywhere Johnson and Starley haven't got one they're having trouble with there suppliers can I take the old one out and leave it out to see if I can match one please help dave
