I recently had to replace a rear flat. There are no connectors on the X5S. It is a straight cable from the motor to the controller it seems. Why did you change the design? It made it more difficult to change the tire. I had to remove the deck to pull the cable to create some slack.
Thanks for pointing this out..doesn't make sense unless they're trying to dissuade us from repairing our own scooters...Do you remember what inner tube stock # is needed?

@@JoyorScooter That's exactly the point, I simply asked the support agent on whatsapp, at least 5 times, "what size inner tube should I buy" and they wouldn't provide any info unless I bought it from them. That's appalling disregard for a customer who up to this point had been a strong advocate of your brand. I should wait and not be able to use my scooter until something ships to USA from China? Really? In comparison my ebike company would of provided the size inner tube and let me buy it where I want. Do you get my point? I shouldn't be asked order number for something I bought 2 years ago. Here's what the interaction should have been. "What model? Thank you..the inner tube size you need is 10" x 2.5". That's all..Do you understand my issue?

@@danb420 We don't recommend changing the design of the scooters by using different spare parts because it will interfere with the performance and it may cause an accident.
@@danb420 don’t listen to them. They basically just get scooters from China and rebrand. The inner tube they use are generic you can find them anywhere.
