Thanks for this video! I live in Canada and those blue clips are impossible to remove when cold, so if you heat them gently from inside with a heat gun they will pop off super easy and be reusable. I didn't have a chance at this until I saw the inside there, you can't attack this panel from the bottom without a special tool to disengage it from the separate bracket that is screwed onto the tailgate.
