This home is for sale and the home inspector said the heat was not working and it needed working heat for the appraisal. We were contacted by the real estate agent and we went out and diagnosed the blower motor as failed and replaced it. The entire system will likely be replaced by the new owners as the AC is completely non functional. The call would have been easier if we'd brought a motor and socket set.
