Cool I didnt know they had preset , makes sence that the system could be engineered to a certain spec in gpm flow. in operation I would guess if you are in operation that building maintenance could up the gpm with another cartridge. it dosent do any good to have excess flow they measure temp going in and out the coils if temp drops too much higher flow is needed if it barely drops the flow can be reduced. maintewnance needs some differant flow cartridges to ballance it out in the future my guess , contractor must have flaked out on them Its amazing these buildings dont have people to service them could be great opotunity for ambitious man as yourself keep up the good work !
