Well the hydraulics have corroded badly due to sea water. As the net hauler is coming off and the pot hauler going on, I decided to replace the hoses and quick release fittings. The valve still needs cleaning with a wire brush, and a coat of waxoyl, but for £35, its a very cheap option to operate different types of hauler. I will strip the hauler down and replace the last two hoses, then cover them with denso tape in future.
