If you've never done drum brakes before, you *can* do them and learn on this. BUT drums aren't quite as straightforward as disc brakes, and these are a combo of both drums and discs. I'd highly recommend finding someone to join you as a coach/mentor who has done it before so you get it right the first time. But there are LOTS of great RU-vid videos on how to do drum brakes. Watch them til you're pretty familiar and give it a go.
