On which model year is this replacement performed? Where can I find an oil pump for a 95 2TZ FZE (supercharged) engine. I only see oil pumps for naturally aspirated Previa engines.

After replacement of near gears the pump STILL failed to Pump oil

I would remove the sump and make sure the pickup isn't blocked. Do an engine oil flush and Install a New Oil Filter with new oil 5w30.
