Ok, but could have been a lot shorter! Should have focused on removal and installation pics of the bumper and the addition of the top step plate rather than all the time spent painting the back side of the bumper.

yeah i live in a area that got a lot of snow in the late 90’s and early 00’s. they salt the world like crazy but i only had rust underneath bumpers and taken care of it now as you see.
I didn't have a camera when I removed this bumper. remove 3 bolts from each mud guard, go under rear and remove 8 bolts that hold bump to frame of 4runner. remove 2 bolts from each side on the corner of bumper that hold to frame also. now bumper is off.
