Hi Gordon, thanks for your great videos always. We have sent the Windshield Wiper Arm & Blade for T300 to your address. Could u plz update with us? Thanks.
Question! I have a glowing left turn signal, lost all signals and heater. I replaced my relay and fuses and right side works fine. Left side will not flash by themselves. Left side turn signal makes both rear signals and reverse lights come on. When I pull ignition fuse 40 amp under hood, my left blinker stops glowing. Could a bad switch or ignition cause that?
Weird problem. I'm thinking maybe corrosion between fuse box and connectors behind it, like maybe the fuse box outside? or could rain be getting in under the windshield and onto the inside fuse box. Let me know what it turns out to be.
@@57bagre I will pull fuse box off and check tomorrow. Inner is clean and dry. I've disconnected all the lights and nothing. Still glows, still makes reverse lights and right turn signal light up when I turn on left signal. Right side works fine though.
What about the wire loom from the inner fuse box to the tail lights that runs down the driver side floor board under the carpet on a car, (and under the cab and down the frame rail on a truck) could that be damaged? but you said the heater fan not working, this wire loom would not effect the fan is why I suspect the outside fuse box.
@@57bagre you know I haven't checked that yet, could be salt and snow got into it. We had gone sledding and we were all snowy and wet. I'll have to pull those out and check for cuts in the wires or possibly connector. And its my defrosters that caused the heat to pop a fuse. If I hit my defrosters it makes a click and my turn signal light brightens then dims. That would run back with that same cluster of wires wouldn't it? For rear defrosters?
Not at all! Now if I was in a curve and I didn't straighten the wheel for a split second as I hit the bump, then I would expect it to shimmy a bit. Interesting you should ask as I am setting up to do an upper ball joint on the GMC dually as I write this, I just came in to grab the camera. I better also show how to check the front end before I tear it down.
