Replacing Upper Shift Shaft Seals and Bushings -- Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2 

In this video, I remove the upper shift shaft from the bell housing on my Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2 Outdrive. The upper shift shaft has two seals that keep water out of the driveshaft bellows and therefore out of your boat. These seals looked worn out and I also replaced the bushings because they looked like they had a lot of play in them as well. The process isn't very difficult to do. I hope this video is helpful for someone. I got these parts from mercstuff.com.
