Wow. Powerful stuff. So much of it I didn’t know. The thought that keeps popping into my mind is according to HUD (current law on the books) each one of us has the right to use and enjoy our property and now I come to find out we don’t have the right to choose the food that goes into our bodies? How twisted is that? How about there being no provision to inform the consumer about how meat is treated in order to be approved by the USDA - and sold to me and my family? I had absolutely no idea the chicken we consume has been dipped in chlorine 3 times. None whatsoever. I’m 64 going on 65. That is just plain criminal. Okay, off to watch the rest of it.

So much great information! This food revolution definitely has legs! Once we cross this impending line on freedom of choice within what we have to put in our body for our " own safety" the next thing on thier list will be a war on food freedom ...after all we should trust " them" Fully to tell us what's best for our health.

Constitutionally, they must have a warrant, issued by oath or affirmation. If they don't, you don't have to let them take anything. If you are contracted with them through one of their *programs ", you are subject to them. If you operate privately, as in a private membership association, they don't have authority to get involved unless a crime is committed. Imagine if you had a large group of homesteaders that were educated in how the law actually works. The state constitutions are where we find the greatest details and most don't read them. Great show!

49:00 minutes of the video: I say this all the time that governments don't make food any safer. Who hasn't gotten sick eating at a restaurant that the health inspector's been to? You can't sue the restaurant for getting sick, you can't sue the government or their inspector. It's just a waste of time and taxpayers money. What I can do is let be known I got sick at that restaurant and the restaurant does something about it or they will go out of business. In some cases the government will shut down a restaurant or bakery until they clean up their act.

Total independence I measure by my use of currency. The more currency I use the more of a slave to the systems I am. The more we can achieve through barter the more freedom we experience. People’s lack of caring for food freedom, I believe is due to the fact that they have no idea where their food comes from, what has happened to that food from the farm to the grocery store. We as a society have become lazy, it’s so much easier to run to the store to get whatever they want. Their laziness also comes from having the perception that governments is looking after our best interests and they 100% put faith that their food is as healthy (or more so) as that grown on a grassroots farm.

I'm in my early 50s and I've just started learning about this subject in the last couple years. I feel so ignorant! So many of the things I was taught in school or seen on TV are just plain wrong. My mom and dad grew up on raw milk. My dad helped butcher chickens on the farm. My husband milked cows and butchered chickens, too. They all lived!!!🤦‍♀️
@tobyihli9470
@tobyihli9470 2 года назад
Joel, I think that protecting the public from bad actors regarding raw milk was and is the right thing to do. I believe that times have changed and the times we live in need to be acknowledged. Due to social media and the over abundance of tort law lawyers, no milk seller will be able to hawk poorly handled raw milk very long before they would be forced to stop, due to the immediate response of social media. Furthermore, it wouldn’t take a very large operation to make it worth the while of an injured party to seek damages. I believe that removing the restrictions regarding the sale of raw milk, meat that is not federally inspected, and other unregulated farm products, puts the seller at more risk than the purchaser. People don’t normally die from food poisoning, they get a stomachache. On the other hand, the seller of any such bad products would face an immediate loss of income. They might even be ruined, just from one mistake. Because of the times we live in, it’s safe to say the government can back off, now, on certain things. Don’t you agree?

Profound question asked, why are people so pro gun freedom and not pro food freedom. My answer, because we don't know we don't have food freedom! This is literally the first time I've heard any of this! I have grown up in town. (Though it was a primarily agricultural community) I've always eaten grocery store food because that's what's been available. And always thought that was my choice. And it was. But I'm horrified at the idea that if I were to change my mind and want to do things differently, or rather, eat things differently, the idea that what I'm eating isn't actually that good, and that I don't have a choice, is horrifying. So step 1. EDUCATION STEP 2: EDUCATION Thanks for sharing this information with us ignorant of what's actually going on.

States today are simply franchises of the Federal Government Corporation, aka they’re the same. State of Georgia is a corporation, Georgia State is a geographical boundary. Citizens are basically employees of the government corporation. There are people and People…there is a difference. Person = corporation according to the federal code. U.S. is not the United States of America. U.S. is a corporation. You give away your inalienable when you sign contracts with the government corporation…such as drivers license, voting registration, social security card…etc. You give your rights away for benefits and privileges of the corporation. Joel is correct the constitution is a contract between the States and Federal government. What makes up the State? The people not citizens..people not persons…words have meanings, most much differently than you think.

How can raw milk be better that homogenized whole milk? Homogenizing milk suspends the fat throughout the milk. That’s why whole milk is so delicious, right? Doesn’t most of the fat in raw milk float to the top? If most all the butter fat separates from the milk, doesn’t the majority of the milk taste like skim milk? I don’t like skim milk. I would just as soon drink water as to pour up a glass of skim milk.

@FebbieG
@FebbieG 2 года назад
Whole milk from the grocery store has been skimmed, but to a lesser degree than "skim milk". Grocery store milk is typically about 3-4% cream, I think. Unless you use a cream separator, there will be a certain amount of cream suspended throughout the un-homogenized milk, with a higher concentration of cream at the top. Heavy cream at the top, half-and-half below that, and what basically amounts to what we typically think of as whole milk at the bottom.

Sometimes it feels like organized religion and government are two sides of the same coin and sometimes it feels like they are in the same side of the same coin. In the second instance it is at the expense of diversity, a centralization of belief imposed on others in the interest of exercising power and control of the diverse collection of individuals. Personally I will only join a loose confederation of individuals who exercise that individuality as a lifestyle, never a powerful entity who exercises those powers for self perpetuation. (Read “greed and control”.) In answer to your question, my belief is Mother Nature has a heck of a lot more to do with plants coming up out of the ground than “god” does. I don’t mind others who believe differently. I do mind when they don’t return the favor. Peace brother.

I read the entire constitution last night - it's pretty pathetic. What's even more pathetic is the courts upholding the few rights the constitution sort of protects. 16th amendment, they can tax income from any source, then you look into cases where people tried to use the constitution to protect their religious beliefs not to fund war, guess what the courts call their claims "frivilous, not worthy of discussion" - any right the constiution claims to protect can easily be done away with by the "greater good" argument.
