REPLAY: Make a Stars & Stripes Table Runner with Misty from Missouri Star Quilt Co. 

Hello from Apache Junction, AZ. I made one for myself this week, now I'll make one for a wedding gift.

Misty aim a fan. I have watched this several times. Love this table runner. I have made it at least 4 times. All the ladies in the family wanted one. They are great gifts for someone’s holiday table.

I wish I quilted because this is so cute! Maybe I could sew it and send it to my mom to quilt. Adorable!

Love how Misty is owning this and putting her own flair on youtube live. even though jenny makes all things easy you can still tell that she has many yrs of sewing under her belt which can seem daunting to us beginners. misty makes smaller projects that seem achievable and even gets people in like man sewing to decipher sewing notions like needles. can't watch live cause of work but love love love these facebook live shows. !!!

The best two rulers (and I am a ruler addict) I have purchased are the 2 1/2 inch and the 5 inch wide by MSQC. They have made my life soooo much easier. Thank you.

I think that is your husband. Just love the family! The dance break is Fab! The Wilmington prints are very very nice and perfect shades of colors for a flag. This is such a quickie project to make gifts for. I appreciate that so much- as I am always making big quilts.! Would be cute to do the placemats idea too! Have to be gifts for someone else (my kitchen table is my constant sewing happy place) . You know what would be cute- someone said fringe for the placemats- is to try some of that Chennile for the fringe.

Great project for today (Its July 4th)! Mom and I dug into our stash and between the two of us we had just what we needed to turn out this table runner for both of us! Now we just need to decide how to quilt it!

Thanks for the free pattern/tutorial. I'm switching the blue and white in the star to be more like the flag.

is there ever paper patters to go along with the tutorials? Or can you list in the description the number of each size and color piece to make cutting easier? as a newbie, it's like i have to watch and take notes and hope I don't make an error, it'd be so much better if the pros could write more direction, especially when they go so quickly on the video as they are experienced sewers.
