Good praying demands that we THINK and pray. Prayer is not a set of words we repeat. Not a list of needs. Not an emotional felt catharsis. It is not a matter of cranking up the will. It must, ultimately, involve a change in the way we think - about God, self, others, the world, sin, sanctification, etc.
