Here is a fact. No developed country besides the US allows convicted criminals to run for president or prime minister. Some countries, like Germany, lack specific laws against it, but they have political party restrictions that prevent convicted criminals from becoming candidates. Why was Truth Social given the green light to go public. Does SEC not do due diligence before granting it listing status. A company bleeding financially and mired in insider trading and major shareholders disputes should never be allowed to go public until these problems are addressed and resolved.
